Erands is an architecture firm with environmental ambitions. Led by Jose Carlos de Silva BEEAM AP, LEED AP; has a pragmatic aproach to design while always thinking of the environment when designing a new project.
Having worked in different countries and for different kinds of clients, we are very good at understanding the different client needs and priorities. In the past Erands was specialized in project development and drafting so we also know a lot about deadlines and productivity.
We can work on projects of any size, we have a large international network of architects, engineers, specialists and construction companies to adapt teams for any project size. We can work in English, Spanish, French and Swedish.
We are based in Malmö Sweden but also have offices in Mexico City, Mexico.
